Counselling & Psychotherapy

Welcome. I'm an integrative counsellor based in Gwynedd, North Wales. My experience spans NHS primary care, charities, and corporate settings, supporting people through anxiety, depression, trauma, bereavement, redundancy, suicidal thoughts, self-harm, stress, and relationship difficulties.

Alongside my counselling work, I’m a researcher in wellbeing science. My publications have explored the integration of individual, social, and ecological wellbeing, alongside resilience training programmes to support trainee clinicians entering the NHS.

My approach to counselling is client-directed and integrative. That means we can focus on what you want to focus on, whether that's past, present, or future. It also means we can move at a pace that you feel is comfortable, manageable, and effective. I strive to bring authenticity, integrity, and empathy to my work, while integrating psychodynamic ideas, including Transactional Analysis (TA) and parts work, with the goal of cultivating more self-awareness, compassion, and autonomy. If you feel we might work well together, I’d love to hear from you.
